INSIDE EMOTIONS DE WORDS UNSPOKEN

Feliz 2017 Sliders Soldiers, bienvenidos a una nueva reseña de disco como lo haremos por el resto del año, seguiremos alimentando los contenidos que has convertido en tus favoritos, y este monstruo de ojos verdes llamado Revista Sliders continuará su brutal andar.

En esta ocasión me gustaría hablarte sobre cómo el mundo se une para comunicarte, las distancias se convierten en cuerdas, lírica y percusiones, los sonidos se perciben como todo y tanto que no se limitan a una sola etiqueta. Metal es el lenguaje de la locura bien entendida, locura genial que nos sorprende en varios frentes con “Inside Emotions” material de la banda Words Unspoken conformada por un ejército creativo de varias partes del mundo, al final de esta entrevista puedes encontrar el link con la entrevista realizada al proyecto.

Metal sinfónico, que en un ejercicio que te propongo puedes tranquilamente imaginar en canciones como “Dreaming Rabbits” o “My World” una escena épica de la construcción de la Europa del arte y de la guerra, una declaración única de 2 almas anglosajonas, un poderoso grito de libertad en Latinoamérica y vaya con lo fantástico de lo siguiente, un intro fenomenal del anime más atractivo.

Es un esfuerzo lleno de talento, dando un lugar muy adecuado a la velocidad y la parsimonia, en donde también pude experimentar arranques de death, viking y celtic metal. Dada la singularidad de este proyecto con integrantes de México, USA, Croacia, Chile, Portugal y Costa Rica la música se encuentra envuelta en muchas influencias pero con una complicidad hacia el sinfónico.

Por lo anterior queda en ti describirlo y sobre todo vivirlo, puede ser desde el viaje errante y poco conocido de Alicia cuando se dio cuenta que en realidad todo se trató de drogas, el encuentro final de una pareja explotando con un fondo del mundo chocando entre facciones o lo que tú quieras.

Thit time i like to talk you about how the world unified and comunícate with you, the distances turn into strings, lyric and percussions, the sounds are received like all and at the same time dont gets limited by a tag. Metal its language of the best madness, it surprise in “Inside Emotions” disc of the band Words Unspoken formed by a creative army from around the world, at the end of this review you can find the link to the interview they make for Revista Sliders.

Symphonic metal, and i suggest you an exercise when you can imagine in song s like “Dreaming Rabbit” or “My World” an epic scene of the building of Europe by art and war, a unique declaration of 2 anglo-saxon souls, a powerfull scream of freedom in Latin America and well even the fantastic of a fantastic anime intro.

Its an effort full of talent, giving place to the speed and breaks, i experiment some boosts of death, viking and Celtic metal too. This proyect have members from Mexico, Croatia, USA, Chile, Portugal and Costa Rica the music have a lot of influences but with a complicity into the symphonic.

IMPLOSION OF PAIN DE PULVIS ET UMBRA

Buen jueves Sliders Soldiers, mientras algunas personas celebran el Día de Acción de Gracias, nosotros celebramos una nueva reseña y celebramos al metal extremo.

De pasión y estrés justificado, de experimentar en base de thrash y death metal, de Cremona Italia Pulvis Et Umbra proyecto autodenominado 100% no poser italian metal, nos presentan “Implosion of Pain” que básicamente es una masacre de sonidos para reventar golpes al aire e invocar al headbang.

Te encuentras en una zona destrozada por la causa que gustes nada quedó vivo más que tú, de repente solo te dan ganas de correr por impulso y cortar la oscuridad como un cuchillo, esa sensación es “Implosion of Pain” 10 canciones que transmiten empuje, empuje y más empuje.

Rebotando carnalmente de un thrash directo y clásico como en “Lost Moon” hasta un metal más experimental en “Psicostasia” en ocasiones los impetuosos guturales le gritan a tu mente ¡Death! piezas rápidas e integras para matear.

Brutal lunes Sliders Soldiers, el día de hoy gracias al poder del metal, la colaboración con Online Metal Promo y los señores de Gundriver tenemos una nueva reseña internacional.

What´s Inside del 2015 es un material con un sonido que se puede descifrar fácilmente como un estruendo clásico del hijo prodigioso, atrevido y mal portado del rock, el metal que en su base nos presenta una amplia gama de sensación de ruptura y peligrosa libertad, bien influenciados por bandas como Black Sabbath y AC/DC lo cual se refleja sin titubear en rolas como “Battlezone” o “Rage”.

Rock agresivo que romancea constantemente con solos intrépidos y en ritmos realmente amables con un público amplio, vaya más digerible que alguna variante extrema como Black o Death. Lo anterior no le quita ni fuerza ni intención a cada una de sus rolas que me recuerdan a estas entradas de luchadores o equipos de fútbol americano, en donde prendes al público y las guitarras te mueven al grito.

Agradeciendo a nuestro hermano Ben de Online Metal Promo, el lugar y el momento de disfrutar este disco fue al realizar un poco de ejercicio para bajar los tamales, al sonar “Before The Sun” tuve que detenerme un poco en esta pieza rara, extraña y que desde mi punto de vista hace falta en cada conjunto de buena locura. Ésta canción la describo como un poema oscuro en narración de distort, entiéndase como un pequeño viaje bizarro del cual te puedes apropiar si sabes valorar los riffs pausados en donde el conjunto vale más que la tradición, les invito con fervor a escucharla.

Sliders Soldiers el metal no conoce de fronteras ni banderas, el metal se vive y en Revista Sliders te traemos los proyectos internacionales más interesantes, desliza tu mente.

What´s Inside from 2015 its a material with a sound that we can describe easily like a classic punch by this prodigy, insolent and with bad behavior son of Rock, the metal with a base with a big range of sensations, like rapture and dangerous freedom, succesfully influenced for bands like Black Sabbath and AC/DC this its very evident in songs like “Battlezone” and “Rage”.

Aggressive Rock constantly flirting with intrepid solos and in rhythms open to a large audience, let´s say more approachable tan other genres like “Black” or “Death”. That doesn´t rest power or intention in every song that reminds me this wrestler or NFL teams entrances, when you get the publico n fire and the guitars moves evreyone to scream.

Thanks to our brother Ben from Online Metal Promo, the place and the momento to enjoy this disc was working out a Little, when “Before The Sun” stars i need to stop, because in this stange and weird piece needs to be from my point of view in every group of good madness. I describe this song like a dark poem in a “distort”narrative, i mean like a little bizarre trip in which you can own if you know the value of slow and powerfull riffs, i invite you to hear it.

Sliders Soldiers the metal dont belong to flags or borders, you live the metal and in Revista Sliders web ring you the most interesting international proyects, slide your mind.

REVISTA SLIDERS RESEÑA EL DISCO DE JOE STUMP: THE DARK LORD RISES

!Sliders Soldiers! Después de un tiempo alejado de las reseñas regreso con toda la actitud para seguir motivándolos a escuchar material de calidad que entre por sus poros y llene sus almas metaleras con poderosas notas y ritmos.

En esta ocasión voy a platicarles del nuevo material de Joe Stump, enorme guitarrista que con más de 20 años de carrera ha logrado pulir cada vez más su técnica para colocarse como uno de los mejores y más rápidos guitarristas de la historia.

El álbum, titulado The Dark Lord Rises, contiene 10 canciones (más 1 Bonus Track) llenas de virtuosismo en la guitarra; cada ritmo, cada nota, cada solo y cada sonido llenará tu ser con unas ganas insaciables de mover la cabeza; forma inequívoca de saber cuando un disco es de calidad.

Sliders soldiers!!!! After some time away from reviews I finally return with all the energy to continue motivating you to listen to some quality material so it can run through your veins and possess your soul with powerful notes and rhythms.

Today I’m gonna write about Joe Stump’s new material, who is a great guitar player with more than 20 years playing, something that let him improve his skills to be known today as one of the best and one of the fastest guitar players in history.

The album, named, The Dark Lord Rises, includes 10 tracks (plus one bonus track) filled with guitar virtuosity. Every rythm, every note, every guitar solo and every sound will fill your body with insatiable desires to headbang, which is the best way to know if an album is good.

Joe’s new album an its symphonic sounds let us listen clearly the sounds of the guitar; no singers, no lyrics, just 11 instrumental songs that let us appreciate talent at its finest.

REVISTA SLIDERS RESEÑA CANEDY-HEADBANGER

Hoy es día de reseña y hablaremos de un genial baterista de clase mundial, nos referimos ni más ni menos que al gran Carl Canedy y su reciente proyecto “Headbanger”; para aquéllos que no saben de quien se trata, les contamos que Carl formó parte de la alineación original de una bandota (que ya muchos conocemos), se trata de “Manowar”, así como también formó parte de “The Rods”.

Carl ha trabajado con grandes bandas y artistas, tales como: Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, Judas Priest e incluso Ozzy Osbourne; todo esto lo ha realizado desde mucho tiempo antes de comenzar su propio proyecto en solitario, un álbum debut que llegaría 30 años después de haber comenzado su carrera como baterista; el título de tan aclamado álbum es “Headbanger”, como ya se ha mencionado anteriormente. La obra de Carl cuenta con doce grandes pistas (que incluyen dos demo versions y el bonus track “The Code”), entre las cuales se encuentra la rola “Heat of the night” (el calor de la noche). En “Heat of the night” se pueden escuchar las palabras: “So when you see me tonight, look in my eyes, you won't have to read my mind, you won't say no. In the heat of the night, in the heat of the night, I'm gonna love you 'til you're screaming” (así que cuando me veas esta noche, mira mis ojos, no tendrás que leer mi mente, no dirás que no. En el calor de la noche, en el calor de la noche, te voy a amar hasta que estés gritando); una rola que puedes escuchar con aquella persona especial, mientras ambos agitan su melena y hacen honor a la palabra “Headbanger”.

El álbum cuenta con la colaboración de grandes artistas, tales como: Chris Caffery, Mark Tornillo, Joe Comeau, John Hahn, entre otros músicos (incluyendo a Erin Canedy, hija de Carl); los cuales tuvieron la oportunidad de colaborar no solamente con un gran artista, si no también con el Carl productor que emergería a mediados de los ochenta, así como el músico que formó parte del disco reencuentro de “The Rods” (2011), un álbum (“Vengeance”) que contó con una canción escrita por el mismo Canedy e interpretada por el grandioso Ronnie James Dio (“The Code”, incluida en “Headbanger”).

Definitivamente, tienen que escuchar el álbum, una excelente recomendación, que el día de hoy me acompañó mientras escribía esta reseña, hasta pronto.

Hi everybody, today is review time and I'm going to let you know about a world class drummer and his latest project “Headbanger”.. the great Carl Canedy; if you don't know who he is, I tell you that Carl was part of the Manowar's original lineup and part of “The Rods” too.

Carl has worked beside great bands & artists, such as: Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, Judas Priest, even Ozzy Osbourne. Carl went through such a long career before he was able to release his own debut solo album “Headbanger”. Carl's master piece includes twelve great songs (two demo versions & one bonus track “The Code”). You have to listen to “Heat of the night”, a great track to spend time together with your couple while you're listening to the words: “So when you see me tonight, look in my eyes, you won't have to read my mind, you won't say no. In the heat of the night, in the heat of the night, I'm gonna love you 'til you're screaming” (In spanish: así que cuando me veas esta noche, mira mis ojos, no tendrás que leer mi mente, no dirás que no. “Headbanger” shows the work of Canedy (an awesome drummer, singer and even a producer who would spring up in the mid 80s) with the special collaboration of great artists such as: Chris Caffery, Mark Tornillo, Joe Comeau, John Hahn, and another musicians (including Erin Canedy, Carl's daughter). Canedy has collaborated in albums too; in 2011, “The Rods” released their reunion album “Vengeance”, it includes a song written by Carl and sung by Ronnie James Dio.

REVISTA SLIDERS RESEÑA EL DISCO DE TRAXILIUM: EL INFIERNO ANTE MI

Hoy es día! día! día de reseña y regresamos a las reseñas de discos; en esta ocasión voy a platicarles del disco titulado El Infierno Ante Mí de la banda española Traxilium.

La banda de Heavy Metal nos entrega un disco que incluye riffs llenos de calidad y produce mateos intensos. El álbum cuenta con 5 canciones que te harán mover la cabeza constantemente y te dejarán deseando más.

Las canciones incluidas en el disco son:

1-    El Infierno Ante Mí

2-    Pide Perdón

3-    Tu Recuerdo

4-    En Mi Tormento

5-    Otra Realidad

La primera canción, que le da nombre al disco, abre con muy buenos ritmos de Heavy Metal que nos recuerdan a Iron Maiden y continúan con un ritmo rápido y melódico que nos hace mover la cabeza hasta que llega el excelente solo de guitarra que nos demuestra la calidad de sus guitarristas.

La siguiente canción, Pide Perdón, es una canción con un ritmo un poco más tranquilo pero igual de melódico que nos atrapa desde el inicio.

La tercera canción, Tu Recuerdo, es una balada poderosa que te conmoverá y te relajará con un ritmo muy tranquilo y agradable hasta que entra la parte más movida que te hará corear la canción con gran sentimiento y un solo de guitarra que complementa el ritmo a la perfección.

 La siguiente canción, En Mi Tormento, es una canción que combina la rapidez y la tranquilidad, nos eleva con la parte rápida y nos tranquiliza y emociona con la parte más tranquila complementando todo con un gran solo de guitarra más.

La última canción del álbum, Otra Realidad, cierra el disco con fuerza con grandes ritmos y, de nuevo, un solo de guitarra que te hará vibrar por la calidad.

Este es el primer disco de la banda y con él nos demuestra que en España el talento también es muy grande. Traxilium tiene mucho potencial para llegar a trascender de manera internacional así que chécalos y disfrútalos porque el metal no sólo se escucha, también se siente.
